Gertjan Evenhuis

The Dutch sculptor Gertjan Evenhuis (1955) is an opposite person, an antipode. His images stand in opposition to the prevailing fashion in terms of treatment of materials, individuality and theme.

HIS PARTICULARITY: His work always deals with the real values of our existence, such as nature, our world, suffering, sadness, loyalty, life and death. His images therefore evoke the opposite of what we expect. There is always a contrast with reality.
